This race will be conducted by the CYCE Race Committee under the following rules, each of which shall take precedence over those appearing after it in the event of a conflict:
**The sailing instructions published by CYCE Race Committee.
** The ISAF Racing Rules as adopted by US Sailing.
PHRF membership required and PIYA category III equipment is required.
Entries, together with the $35 fee, ($30 for US SAILING members), must be received by October 5th. Entries received after that date will be charge a $5 late entry fee. Extremely late entries may be accepted at the discretion of the Race Committee. All entrants should be prepared to verify their handicap or class eligibility.

In consideration for participating in this event, I represent to its organizers that my yacht has liability insurance currently in effect, covering property damage, personal injury and death in an amount not less than $300,000 per occurrence, and that the policy covers yacht racing activities. I acknowledge that the decision to enter my yacht and participate in this race is solely my own and I hereby release CYCE from liability for any damages I may suffer as a result thereof. I agree to be bound by the International Yacht Racing Rules as adopted by US SAILING including national prescriptions, except as modified by the Vessel Traffic Safety Rules, the organizers, and the Race Notice for this event. I will monitor VHF channel 14 when in the vicinity of and while occupying the VTS lanes.

Foulweather Bluff Shirt Order Form
2007 Foulweather Bluff Shirts as illustrated on our website at www.cycedmonds.org are available for advanced prepaid purchase. The shirts will be short sleeved and blue in color with beautiful custom designed graphics. On the back of the shirt, the names of the first 50 boats to register for the race will be listed. The shirts are $16 IF PRE ORDERED. A very limited number of shirts will be available the day of the race for $18. Sizes are XS through XXL. Please indicate the size and quantity you wish and include a separate check from your registration fee. Shirts will be available for pickup the night before the race at the marina and at the pre and post race gatherings. The deadline for ordering shirts is September 21st.
